We all want that magic number 🪄, but the truth is… there is no magic number! There’s no single “optimal” posting schedule that works for everyone.
You want to post at a pace you can maintain long-term…not one that leads to burnout after a few weeks🫨 Think about what is realistic for you AND your time (⌚), your budget (💰), and your goals (🥅).
If your content takes longer to create (like videos or detailed graphics), you might post less often. If your content is simpler to produce, you may post more frequently. It all comes down to finding the rhythm that works for you. When you post consistently at a pace that fits your energy, you’ll show up more confidently, and your content will reflect that.
And honestly? I have been in that season myself lately. My own feed has been a little quiet because I’ve been deep in client work and my own rebranding, and that’s okay. Sometimes consistency looks like staying aligned with your priorities, even if that means pausing your own content for a bit.
Your “right” frequency can also shift depending on your goals. If you’re promoting an event or trying to build momentum, you might post more often for a short time. But for steady visibility or your specific business chapter, once a week or even once a month might be right for you.
So instead of chasing an “optimal” posting schedule, focus on one that is sustainable. Because consistency builds trust and trust drives growth.
